AJ and his team took incredible care of my Mercedes c63s. Excellent communication and the work was always done promptly after insurance approval. I would highly recommend this place if you need work done on a car that you care about.
They are fantastic! They restored my 6-month-old Lexus to new condition so I can't even tell it was in an accident. Raul went above and beyond to get my insurance company to cover OEM parts and was great at communicating throughout. Highly recommend.
EDIT: changing from 1 to 4 stars. Why? Because how someone gets back up matters. Avondale got back up. How? This afternoon, the Service Manager at Avondale called to follow up on my review (see below). I was not happy with my experience here! To say I used them before for another vehicle, Raul made my experience hard and unpleasant. They kept my car for 2 weeks, took it apart and kept going back and forth with increasing the price! I had to have my car moved….the new place is excellent and doing the same work they could have done by putting the original OEM parts on my vehicle with no problems at all!
