I went to Gabe Rowe on 2/26/24 to purchase vehicle.I was financed through Navy Federal. The manager(Kevin Woodard) kept pressuring me about signing papers for vehicle,then later check. I told him I was not giving up check til I see vehicle.Kevin told me I had to bring check bc I'm driving a loaner.
