Just picked up a new Macan. Lance Martin is the best car guy I ever delt with! He took the car buying process down from a whole day back in December with Toyota to one hour since the only thing I had to do was sign and drive. I told Lance what I wanted and he executed! Never been so pleased at a dealership process or the one representing them. Will return not just for service but also other cars.
Truly a great experience! Staff is prompt and service advisor made me feel well taken care of and was able to work in an nice area while my car was getting serviced. Also the nice collection they have inside is just chefs kiss!
Sadly this service center will rip you off. They diagnosed my 2016 Porsche Cayenne with needing a PCM (Infotainment system) replacement for $10,000. They said it had been tampered with. I took it to a PCM specialist - in literally 10 minutes had removed some aftermarket hardware, installed by the previous owner, reset the system and it has been working flawlessly for 2 months now. Cost = $250. GO TO A THIRD PARTY SHOP FIRST! These guys will fleece you.
Avoid this place at all cost! Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews but I literally have driving around with a check engine light on for more than 3 weeks now. My light first came on 3 weeks ago I have an extended warranty so I immediately called and set an appointment for my vehicle. They took my license and insurance and gave me a loaner, cool.
