Just picked up a new Macan. Lance Martin is the best car guy I ever delt with! He took the car buying process down from a whole day back in December with Toyota to one hour since the only thing I had to do was sign and drive. I told Lance what I wanted and he executed! Never been so pleased at a dealership process or the one representing them. Will return not just for service but also other cars.
Truly a great experience! Staff is prompt and service advisor made me feel well taken care of and was able to work in an nice area while my car was getting serviced. Also the nice collection they have inside is just chefs kiss!

They gladly allowed me to make an appointment for 8 am Monday morning but they didn’t diagnose my car until Friday. Then, parts had to be ordered and before I knew it, day 9 was my lucky day. Time management is not their strong suit.
