0 Class. Not sure why the customer service is so poor, I walked in wanting to buy a Rolls but walked out saying, I'll never return. The staff seemed very disengaged and unhappy. The sales, customer service is way below industry standard.

I purchased two preowned low miles Jaguars with in 10 months from the dealership when it was still Overseas Motors. The first was just completely outstanding and just loved it a lot. the second one unfortunately was another Jag and it's mile odometer had been rolled back in the car clearly was misrepresented. The odometer said that his car had 21,000 miles on it but clearly it had close to over 100,000 miles based on the wear and tear on the vehicle.
