What happened to this place? For many years, Autobahn has been a gold standard in Fort Worth luxury auto sales. I purchased a pre-owned 2022 Cadillac Escalade with confidence from them in April, along with a couple of service packages. In mid-July I found myself needing to replace a tire, which was covered under a wheel and tire policy. I am amazed with the BMW Experience I have received. From the buying to the service department experience, it’s been amazing. Cody Cox is the most knowledgeable & attentive sales representative. If I have any questions about my X7, I can text him and he will respond immediately. In this post-Covid world, BMW Autobahn has continued to keep their customer service as their top priority. We just picked up our 3rd BMW from the Autobahn dealership! The service was amazing as always. From start to finish, the process was seamless! We’ve worked with Tony Theisz all 3 times and LOVE HIM!
