They have always been great dealing with our cars. Prompt service and infomation when needed.
We love Autubahn! Even though there is a BMW dealership closer, the people are so friendly here and our service advisor, Foley Thomas, is the best there is! He actually is the one that keeps us coming back because after the sale, that is who you deal with. There are not enough words to say how much we appreciate him!

I am so disappointed in my previous service experience at Autobahn Fort Worth. I have driven BMWs all my life and for the last 25 years used Autobahn to get my cars serviced. Last year my service advisor changed, and it has not been the same. I was promised a new floor mat for my car and was told I would be contacted to come and pick it up by my new service advisor. The service is always great at Autobahn BMW. My service advisor, Yohan, was informative and helpful as usually. The snacks were good also.
Having a few problems. I was Giving wrong answers when I asked questions and now having problems getting tags because of there errors. Do your own research before buying used from here.
Always a great experience. Top notch service and sales departments. Clean facility with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
