Fast Service Came in to have the car checked for a noise coming from the front end, found a bad tire, fixed and out in an hour

What happened to this place? For many years, Autobahn has been a gold standard in Fort Worth luxury auto sales. I purchased a pre-owned 2022 Cadillac Escalade with confidence from them in April, along with a couple of service packages. In mid-July I found myself needing to replace a tire, which was covered under a wheel and tire policy. I have been trying to make an appointment to replace all four of my tires but evertime I get transferred to make an appointment no one picks up. So today I tried one more time to get through but once again no on picked up... I called back and requested to speak to a supervisor in hopes to make an appointment through the supervisor. The rep wouldn't transfer me because I didn't give her a reason why I wanted to speak to one. The alarm that went off Tuesday afternoon is really loud! Service advisor suggested a wheel alignment and said it was a BMW recommendation but I can't find it in the owners manual, so I declined.
