Had a dead battery. It was replaced. Dealer repair costs are excessive. However, the service given to the vehicle is above average. The lounge area is comfortable offering nice refreshments while waiting for repair to be completed. No loaner vehicles were available.

Great dealership. My car received top care. Transportation was provided as a courtesy while the repair was being performed. Constant updates were given on the work status. It has a very comfortable lounge area for those waiting for service with a choice of beverages and light snacks. It's good having a Jaguar repair shop so conveniently located in Tarrant County.
