Good service. Quick servicing and clear and concise telephone support by service advisor. One point to note, I found some rubbish (hair net and some ziplock bags) on the front passenger seat after I picked up the car. Should pay more attention to such things especially in a pandemic.
We worked with Jerry Christensen to purchase an Atlas. It was a very pleasant experience just like our last purchase with him. He is so professional, not pushy, understanding and knowledgable. We will be back again with Jerry for our next purchase.
Where do I start. I called in hoping I could get my daughter a Jetta from a reputable dealer close to my residence. Kathy answered the phone to help. I was hopeful I could get a low lease rate for a new driver excited about her first new car. I asked if there were any promotions for sign and drive and is it possible for a base model Jetta to be had in the early $200s per month. She referred me to the website. My experience with Autobahn was exceptional. Our sales rep went out of her way to make sure we got the car we really wanted even if it meant getting one from another dealership.
