My experience with Autobahn was exceptional. Our sales rep went out of her way to make sure we got the car we really wanted even if it meant getting one from another dealership. The pick up was just as easy. All of the paperwork was ready and the entire team made me feel like they appreciated our business.
Jesus was very professional, informative, and accommodating. This is an excellent dealership and I am a repeat customer because of that. They even let me use one of their office spaces for a work-related Zoom meeting I need to take while I was waiting.
I was in yesterday for the emissions recall 24GB. The estimated time was an hour and the work was completed on time. Even though it was rainy, they took the time to thoroughly wash and vacuum. Very satisfied.

The service visit was very friendly and fast. I particularly enjoyed interacting with the customer service advisor Jesus who greeted me warmly at my arrival to the service department and made sure all of my concerns were addressed during the scheduled service.
