The service was excellent. They explained everything that needed to be done, they provided a great loaner car, and they delivered my vehicle for the amount quoted and in a timely manner. The service has always been great and everyone has been most helpful, courteous, and especially kind. This is my second vehicle with Autobahn VW and I will buy my third one here as well.
Kenneth always takes such good care of me and I feel is honest with necessary repairs. I am still waiting for a part to come in which is under warranty hut all other things great. A little more expensive than outside mechanics but Kenneth Erasmus is my favorite. Also driver of shuttle such a nice boy and drive me both ways . He was a mannerly helpful young man who chatted nicely and was very friendly.
Quick and easy scheduling. Routine maintenance appointment. Waited, ate cookies and drank a Dr. Pepper. Out in less than 2 hours.
