Nice People and Excellent Service! First time to use the service department at AutoBahn VW. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the people. The complimentary sodas, water, coffee, and snacks in the clean waiting area was much appreciated. Although it was just an oil change and they were very busy, they still washed my Atlas! Will definitely be back!
Great People... great results As always the shop did an outstanding job. The wheel that was refinished matched the others exactly... you can not tell which wheel was repaired. Work was was very quickly. Many thanks!
Great customer service Even for something like an inspection, I love that I can always just call Jesus and he always helps me out and does so with the utmost professionalism. Friendly staff...quick, thorough assessment From the moment I arrived until the moment I drove out I felt welcome and that my emergency was their priority. recall on fuel pump my fuel pump was replaced in 2 hours. I used the Shuttle to get to and from work. The only negative is with the people who schedule the service and I've had problems with the people that answer the phones before (not my service guy Victor is awesome!!). The person answering the phone didn't know or didn't tell me the takata airbag couldn't be replaced because they were out of stock. Victor ordered me an airbag that will arrive next week.
