I had certain expectations when I stepped into the dealership to purchase a luxury car, but I can say those were surpassed by the excellent service, communication and attention to my needs that Adriana provided. She knew everything about the car, the brand, and made the whole process much simpler than when I bought a 25k car for my daughter. i know dealers are very prideful or their reputation and i do not blame them! Avondale -like another dealership in Dallas- represent Platinum and the Gold Standards of product and service. We have known heath strayhan for many years and this is my first Lee oden repped car. The quality, professionalism, customer service and patience are required when selling cars of this price and the demands of the customer.
