I actually had the opportunity to deal almost essentially with Simon. Such a. Gentleman and a classy dealer. Cannot say enough about his courtesy, attention to the details, and responsiveness. He also introduced me to the technical service chief mechanic (Chris) as I had concerns about that dept due to past experiences with other brand/dealer. Delivery of my new GTS was earlier than I expected and all was extremely smooth. Completely happy especially with Simon, definitely a nice human being and great brand ambassador.
