I had an extremely smooth buying experience with Isaac. We went over different variants, colors, and offers; he was so patient throughout. Even for many logistics afterward, I had an extremely frictionless service from Country Hyundai and especially Isaac.
Bill was very helpful in selling me my Elantra he was informative professional and friendly i will most definitely request him to friends/family looking for a car and will return if I want a trade in or anything of that matter 5 stars no doubt about it

We’ve worked with this family of dealerships for our last three vehicles. The friendliness is always there, and they do their best to work within our budget each time. My only critique would be to have more knowledge on the vehicles. We are still finding out stuff about the vehicle we have we had no idea was in there, but would be good to be shown. I also was not impressed with being told after the fact when signing papers the car did not come with any sort of warranty and it would be upward of $65 A MONTH more to include it... read more

Roger was welcoming and available during every step of the process in our purchase. If I had a question, he responded quickly. The dealership handled title and registration, even though I live in Vermont. This was a bonus!
Scott Peters is, by far, the most pleasant and honest car salesman I've ever experienced. His personality certainly added to the overall experience. If he didn't readily answer my phone call (most likely due to assisting another customer), he'd return the call within record time. If a question was beyond his scope, he got back to me in quick fashion with the answer or would immediately direct me to the appropriate person.
