Unexpectedly pleasant experience I like most people dread that moment when you have to replace a vehicle and you start steeling yourself for dealing with swarming car salespeople at the various dealerships. The experiences at the first two dealerships my wife and I went went to were, as expected, painful but we managed to "escape". Next up was Hyundai. We started looking at vehicles on their lot. Awesome Easy Experience! I went in there with not so great credit scared to get denied yet again. I worked with Scott who is fantastic! Not only did I get a brand new 2018 car and they accepted my trade in I also have payments I can afford. I could not be happier they worked very hard for me every one there is so nice and fun ! Wouldn’t go any where else !
Very pleased Was undecided to what vehicle I wanted.. I think I drove Scott a little nuts with drive testing both twice. Lol. Scott was very patient and helpful to my every question. Very satisfied. Love my new car !!
Good experience The first salesperson I had was friendly -- didn't know much about the car I was interested in but made an effort to look things up and ensure I was happy with what I was getting. He also made sure to call and ask how things were going with the new car. The second salesperson I had was more knowledgeable about the features of the car and just as friendly. I got the vehicle I wanted for a very reasonable price and if all goes well, I will be a repeat customer!!
