EXCELLENT experience! If you will deal with Country Nissan in your next car-buying experience, I HIGHLY recommend dealing with Country Nissan. BUT on one condition! You MUST deal with KARISSA Nichols-White. She is a people person like no other. She smiles and puts herself in YOUR shoes. Greg & Aidmane were very nice as well. When your thinking, oh no i have to deal with a "used car salesman", Karissa is changing the narrative and making you reevaluate that negative cliche. On a scale from 1-10 she gets an 11! Purchased a new Nissan Pathfinder 2019 We went on a Sunday to Country Nissan of Hadley and we were looking to purchase a car. We were teamed up with Josh Elander as our salesperson. We were very impressed on how knowledgeable he was about the car that we were looking at. He took his time to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and would recommend him to anybody looking for a new car

Great service I just bought my brand new truck from country Nissan. I was helped by Jason LeClair, he was very friendly and had great customer service and new just what to say to me. Buying a 2016 Nissan Maxima Josh was very respectful, and transparent throughout the whole buying process. He made sure to take care of any concerns we had with the car. He knows his stuff and it shows even though he has only been here for a few months! Very personal and funny guy too, the kind of person you would want to hang out with outside of work.
