Honesty matters!!! I've had some really bad past experiences with dealerships, but Country Nissan has renewed my faith. Friendly, knowledgable sales staff and service staffers My husband and I both bought new vehicles from country Nissan this past June/July . The sales associate was very knowledgable and didn't "push" us into buying a vehicle. I just had my first oil change at the dealership. The service department staffers were friendly and helpful with the questions I had. They even had a staffer who went out to my car with me to explain features on the dashboard I was confused about ! Service and sales I bought this car in october 2015. Had the best experience with all employees i selected.very pleasant...informative..and worked quickly to get me into this car with a better deal than i ever couldve expected. Service dept for sticker as well as the oil change were friendly. Worked fast . i would recommed this dealership to anyone that needed a vehicle.
Thoughtful, knowledgeable, and helpful service We bought our car at Country Nissan, and it has been back for all of its regular servicing (and one emergency). This last service was efficient and thorough, with several small issues that were not part of the called for service well attended to. Beverly Tatro, on this visit and previous ones, gave excellent answers to several questions about getting the best out of the car.
My recent car buying experience I just recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from Coubtry Nissan in Hadley this week. The salesman Alejandro was super friendly and knowledgable!
