This place is a joke. I called them to see if they had a bolt told me they had 2, but they couldn’t pull it until the morning. Next morning I make the 2.5 hour drive to get there and the guy looks for 5 minutes all while on the phone. To come back and tell me he can’t find it anywhere. Worst service ever. This place should be shut down or at least get better employees.
I have been using cycle town for 15 years and always had good experience on new purchases and service. They were recently bought out and the new owner Is terrible, service is horrible. Will never use them again. The entire staff has been turned over multiple times. I took a four wheeler in for repair. It took a month to get it back with the same issue and a $700 bill…
Took my grandsons ATV there. They shipped it to Ennis without saying a word. Then tell us it’s $3500 to fix as they said it was the transmission. We asked for it back. Took 6 weeks to get it back. Back in pieces that is. That’s not the worst of it, they left the parts out in the weather so they were all rusted. I asked for the owners email so I could tell him of my disappointment of how our situation was treated. ONLY to be given a bogus email address!!! Do not do business with this place!! Go elsewhere
Took motorcycle into their shop to get a new tire put on. I actually rode the bike to shop. When they called to tell me they had mounted the tire they told me they took the bike for a test ride after mounted the tire and it was making a growling or scraping noise. It was not doing this when I took the bike in. They refused to put the bike up on jack so could see what was causing the noise when I asked them to do so. Y’all should fix the times on the website. Lost a customer because even though someone was in the office when we pulled up to the location y’all want to close 40 minutes before closing time listed on the website. Could have saved us a trip had we known
