I stopped in without an appointment for my first oul change for my 2021 passport elite and as always matt and his team welcomed me with open arms and couldn't be nicer. Thank you

Great customer service. Jody L was very informative on what had been done and what needed attention on my daughters car. He also assured us that the part that had been replaced for the 2nd time was a better part and it should last longer.

Repair was done in timeframe promised, staff is polite and efficient. Waiting area is neat and clean. I was please to find tables and chairs in the sitting area we spaced 6 feet apart.

Here I am again, I'm at Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough. Here for routine checkup. As usual everything is good. I was here for only 1 hour. Just enough time to look at new models and enjoy a cup of coffee and catch up on news. Randy met me as soon as I walked through the door. We did a checkout of anything I was concerned about. He was helpful, efficient, and kept me updated with progress. I enjoyed the redecorating, very clean. I give everyone a high 5.
