Great customer service. Jody L was very informative on what had been done and what needed attention on my daughters car. He also assured us that the part that had been replaced for the 2nd time was a better part and it should last longer.
In all our years of purchasing vehicles this has been the BEST from start to finish .Our sales rep David Yang kept us informed of entire process .Once the vehicle arrived he took the time to review everything never rushing or making us feel overwhelmed .It was during this heatwave and he even kept us hydrated .Never had to ask but fresh bottled water always appeared .We cannot say enough positive things about him .The organization is lucky to have him. Customer service was excellent. Servicing was good. This was for maintenance work on honda odyssey with check light on.
Repair was done in timeframe promised, staff is polite and efficient. Waiting area is neat and clean. I was please to find tables and chairs in the sitting area we spaced 6 feet apart.
Here I am again, I'm at Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough. Here for routine checkup. As usual everything is good. I was here for only 1 hour. Just enough time to look at new models and enjoy a cup of coffee and catch up on news. Randy met me as soon as I walked through the door. We did a checkout of anything I was concerned about. He was helpful, efficient, and kept me updated with progress. I enjoyed the redecorating, very clean. I give everyone a high 5.
