This was our best ever car buying experience. John O. was kind, patient and understanding. He considered our financial limitations in directing us to a used car we could afford. The trade-in was more than fair & with Omar’s thoughtful assistance we closed the sale. I have always dreaded car buying, but this was a complete turnaround.
