I purchased a passport 2022 from herb ! Got a great deal . Since the purchase the cars rear seat literally would squeak every time I hit a bump . I finally took the time to go back to herb today with no appointment because I also noticed a piece of trim coming off . It was so worth the trip . I was greeted by Alex In service he listened to my complaints and took me right in ! Fixed the squeaking, ordered a new trim piece and fixed a recall! He was so polite and efficient! Thank you Alex!

The service reminder came on the CRV dashboard at the same time a discount coupon arrived in my email. (You don’t think they are watching me do you ; o ))? ) I setup the appointment thru the email. Vadim greeted me on my arrival. He setup the oil change/tire rotation. I offered the coupon. He had never seen one like this. He handled everything with the service manager so I got the discount. The repair was great. The General Manager, great! The Service Department staff - not mechanics- subpar. They wold not return calls, wouldn’t pick up calls from their own switchboard, tried to bully me into not pursuing a mfr contribution to repair ( which turned out to be $600!!) and generally promised everything, but delivered little. This dealer is expensive, but the repair itself was stellar

Been going to HC Wesborough for 11 years and just secured new cars with David - by our count makes 17 and counting together. He is the best! And James the GM and Toan in Finance are too! Highly recommend them for your car needs.
