Our Honda service did not disappoint. Our rep Lucas was professional, courteous and efficient. We were told the oil change would take longer than scheduled, but our car was ready sooner than expected.

Tristan had excellent customer service skills, very courteous and thorough in his explanations. He went above and beyond by helping me with the audio on my navigation system. He was pretty accurate in the length of time it would take but I did not originally anticipate being there for 3 hours when my appointment was for routine maintenance items. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 - not a reflection on Tristan at all
