This dealership has Professional service advisor. The facility is nice and clean. On par with some other premium brand auto dealer. Quick service work.
Our Honda service did not disappoint. Our rep Lucas was professional, courteous and efficient. We were told the oil change would take longer than scheduled, but our car was ready sooner than expected.
We are a repeat customer and our last experience with David Yang was outstanding. He was not available this week so the management group stepped up to make sure we were satisfied. Big shoes to fill, well done

Tristan had excellent customer service skills, very courteous and thorough in his explanations. He went above and beyond by helping me with the audio on my navigation system. He was pretty accurate in the length of time it would take but I did not originally anticipate being there for 3 hours when my appointment was for routine maintenance items. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 - not a reflection on Tristan at all
I received excellent customer service from Vadim and the technicians were able to fix my car swiftly.
Rep was courteous and explained the issue & expected cost as well. Facility well maintained and clean
Manny was extremely kind, polite, and helpful. The only downside was it took 4 hours for an oil change and inspection.
The people who were there to help and support me through the car buying process were very helpful and knowledgeable with all of my questions and concerns. The gentleman I worked with, Ara, was kind, funny, and supportive throughout my time at the dealership.
