We went into Herb Chambers Honda and within a minute were introduced to Norman who would be our salesman. He was immediately friendly and professional and inquired what we were interested in. The dealership was extremely clean and had a girl at the counter as soon as we walked in. We never had to wonder how long before we’d get help. It was great. We were so happy to have dealt with Norman and it was a great experience.

My dealings with Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough have been very good since I purchased my CRV two years ago. They are way more trustworthy and aboveboard than the Honda dealership which is much closer to my home.
I came in without an appointment with a problem shown by the tire pressure indicator. Was service immediately and was told that I should have one of my tires inspected more thoroughly. They found a nail in my tire and plugged it. Was very happy for the quick and thorough service.
Very quick and complete service. Also Jody was very knowledgeable. Took care of all my concerns and good to have the car washed.
My car broke down in the midst of a family emergency. Kevin and Senior went out of their way to make every accommodation to get my car back to me as soon as possible. Their communication, compassion, and service was excellent!
