I went Grapevine Mercedes dealership after calling and visiting several other car lots and dealerships! Many other places had hidden fees that were not posted on their site! I thought the other places were deceptive! Grapevine Mercedes was up front with their pricing! Really disappointing experience with this dealership. Waited a year for a car I ordered, and when I finally came from out of town to get it, the options I'd discussed with the salesperson were missing. They shrugged it off, saying those weren’t available for the 2023 package I chose. Why wasn’t I informed earlier?
