Scheduled an appointment a week in advance and a part needed (identified in previous visit) had not been ordered prior to the day of the appointment Service technician identified some fluid levels that needed to be topped off. Was not aware of this until after I picked up the vehicle. Consequently, fluids were not topped off. When I picked up the vehicle the exterior was dirtier than when I delivered it.
