Even though we didn’t buy a car here, Ertugrul Demirhan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all sorts of models and brands of cars, and the only reason we didn’t buy here is because a family member ended up selling us their car. I have already recommended this dealership to friends and family, this will be our first stop once we’re ready for our next car.
I had a great experience with this dealership. Everyone was straight to the point and easy to work with. The staff was welcoming and our salesman Jason made getting the car a breeze.
Jason was a wonderful salesman, he made my experience at Northampton Volkswagen enjoyable and exciting! Jason is very knowledgeable about the cars we looked at and was very encouraging to ask questions so I was comfortable with my new car.
From the minute we walked into the dealership to the minute we left Mike was awesome with everything. Made sure all of our questions were answered and made my first time purchasing a car feel effortless.
The associates at the dealership were able to locate the car I wanted, and got it to me as fast as they could. Michael cote was very attentive and gave me frequent updates as the search for the perfect car was ongoing. If I asked a question that he was unsure about, he went out of his way to make sure that he could get me the answer. No sidestepping and straightforward. That’s the type of sales person I prefer to deal with.
They were very helpful in trying to do right by there customer. It was refreshing to get that type of help from our sales representative Ertugrul Demirhan.
This wasn’t our first car from Northampton Volkswagen, and it won’t be our last. Thank you to everyone involved.
