Northampton Vw was such an incredible and easy experience. The staff treated us with such professionalism, kindness, proficiency, and made the overall experience worth while. We drove an hour to dealership but it was worth it! They were on top of everything and would call to update on different strategies or opportunities for us.

Aimee, my service representative, made sure everything that was scheduled to take place on my vehicle was finished to the highest degree possible. This was despite of the fact that the service department was understaffed due to a COVID 19 issue. Customer and staff safety was prioritized first (as it should be), and all work promised, was completed to my satisfaction. Well done Noho VW!

My 2011 Tiguan needed a new gasket cover as oil was leaking. There appears to be a shortage in available technicians to do complex work, but I got a free loaner car and excellent communication throughout the repair work.
