I’ve used their service department 3 or 4 times and they’ve been consistently bad. The SA is not responsive and this is compounded by the SA Manager not responding If you need service I’d look elsewhere.

I bought two cars from you and sold one. My car was getting an oil change and I ask for complimentary in side details …. Your dealership said no…. Cheap customer service , discounting like I bought a Buick …. I will not buy another car from you and all my friends know not to buy any thing from your dealership

I do not like to write reviews that are negative in nature but trying to resolve this issue only escalated matters and made it worse. Let me explain: I scheduled my vehicle to have just an oil change normally $250USD and a Manufacturer recall for Grounding points screws that needed to be tightened to Standard. Salesmen was very professional. They made the actual buying process easy. However, after I traded my car, I felt like I had made the wrong choice. This is 100% a mistake on my part, but even with less than 24 hours notice, the dealership chose not to accommodate. I was shown no empathy, I was just told, “Let us know when you want to buy another car.” Overall, I am very disappointed. I will not return to this dealer.

** updated ** when I went to have clear bra put on my $70K sports car, I found out that the front bumper had been poorly repainted. The paint peeled right off on numerous sections of the car! I was told by the delear that the car had been thoroughly tested with a paint meter and all paint was OEM. I guess this is a complete lie. When I contacted the dealership, I was ignored. Piss poor service experience at the hands of Brandon Buxton Brandon Buxton and Steve Levi's customer service is best described as transactional at best. I would never recommend anyone to do business at Grapevine.
