The Collison secretary assisted and mu car was kept at the shop for further issues until Monday 2/17. When I picked my car up the collision lady didn't want to explain anything she acted like I was working for sepintini. We used a 140 foot lb rated torque stick to try to remove the lug nuts and they still would not come off. The torque rating is 100 ft lbs. 5 Star : Customer Service 0 Star : Returned Clean
