I have been trying to make an appointment to replace all four of my tires but evertime I get transferred to make an appointment no one picks up. So today I tried one more time to get through but once again no on picked up... I called back and requested to speak to a supervisor in hopes to make an appointment through the supervisor. The rep wouldn't transfer me because I didn't give her a reason why I wanted to speak to one. Brian Hodge our Salesperson was excellent to work with. He communicated every step of the way. The process once we reached the dealership was seamless due to Brian and our Finance Manager Jodi. I shopped and Autobahn was the only local dealership to not charge over sticker on new vehicles even with inventories in short supply. I just felt like they appreciated our business.
