I had a foreign object imbedded in a tire and the staff at Autobahn BMW were wonderful. They provided me with a ride to work and were able to replace my tire promptly eventhough I did not have an appointment. I was notified to ask if I needed a ride back and when I arrived the car was waiting, washed, fresh and ready to go. They turned an unfortuanate situation into a very positive experience. I am very satisfied.
