In for regular maintenance, always get more than just that. I called last week to schedule my regular maintenance. I had a feeling there was something else wrong and knowing it could take more than one day, I asked for a loaner. When I dropped off my car, Jeff Allen met me (as he normally does) and we chatted for a few minutes then I went in and signed for my loaner.
