Took my 12 Year old Volvo in to have the retractable hard top recalibrated due to my fault of messing it up. My C70 was a 9.5 no damage except a couple of small paint chips on front wheel well opening. I had just finished conditioning the leather seats which were near perfect. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. I received the email from volvo to get the modem replaced on my 2015 xc60. I scheduled the service and had to wait two weeks for the appointment. When I arrived at the autobahn volvo in Fort Worth the service department informed me that volvo did not want the dealers to install the new modem. What is going on with volvo?
