I wish I could say that the entire experience with Country Hyundai was a stellar one with Jack Coach in sales because, up to the time we received the car, it was all swell. Unfortunately, we live in NY, Country Hyundai is in MA, and the runner who delivered the car was only authorized to write a check for less than the required amount by our county’s DMV. That was a 1-2 hour hassle. But, the real kicker was discovering 6-7 weeks after delivery that Country Hyundai had failed to pay off our trade with our bank. Very sloppy wo... read more
