Great experience Was so nice to come in and see a female selling cars. Melissa was so friendly and out going. We test drove a couple cars and finally pick the right car. I will picking up my car tomorrow and am very excited! Thank you for getting me in the right car at a great price!

Sales dept was very nice ...the out come was different This is a good dealership... But when they say on their web page that they don't care about whether or not you have bad credit or all you need is 99.00 down .. That's not true because I have bad credit and still got denied and still have to put 1000 down... All I'm saying is that they might want to be more clear to what credit is acceptable ... I feel in away that was false advertisement

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry you feel that way. While our goal is 100% credit approval and ideally it may only take $99 down, the exact terms and conditions are not up to us but the banks, who decide on a case by case basis whether approval is granted.
Replacement of problem Nav center I came in to have my problematic Nav Center swapped out and was greeted promptly by a service technician and then immediately Tom Sadowski started processing me into the system and my car was quickly on it's way to being taken care of. While waiting, which was short I was greeted by Scott Peters who sold me my car and asked it everything was going well. Easy, friendly, satisfying The only complaint I would have is the online description of the car was deceiving. Said the interior color was beige but that option did not exist. Overall my experience was excellent.

service Bought the car in Enfield CT, They had no time for me after sasle when it came to service. Took it here ever since for oil changes, tire rotation. They're great, easy to make appoinments, they did corrective service for recalls while I was there. Great friendly staff.

Oil Change Normally a friendly staff and today they stepped it up a notch. Recently had surgery and they ensured that my car was brought right back in front of the service desk rather than outside. Made my life at lot easier. Thank you
