Had a great experience Scott welcomed us as soon as we walked in doors. He was very friendly and knowledgable. Fantastic experience! We started out on a trip only to have the engine light come on. We called Northanpton Hyundai and they had us bring it right in. It needed a transmission sensor and other parts. Since is was recommended to drive without fixing. They arranged a rental and fixed our car before end of day! No appointment and still managed to fix it and get us back on the road !! Wonderful service department we go out of of way to bring it there just because they always treat you with respect, honesty and friendliness!
Excellent staff and pricing. Smooth process Jason was great from internet prospective. Melissa was very knowledgable and friendly. Pricing was good and no hidden charges. I would highly recommend this dealership and staff. I would definitely come back when I need a car.
