My wife and I were not really in the market for a new vehicle when we visited Country Hyundai. We were just looking and curious about the Hyundai Santa Fe as a replacement vehicle when one of our current leases ends next year. On March 26th my wife and I went to Country Hyundai in Greenfield Massachusetts looking to buy two brand new 2011 Hyundai Elantra and a Elantra Touring. We were pleasantly suprise when we arrive at the dealership ,we were greeted at the door and shown a seat offered coffee and told a slaesperson would be with us shortly, before we knew it a salesperson extended his hand and interudced himself. Ryan, salesman new the inventory of the vehicles and when asked questions he also new the answers, he was very knowledgeable. Bill Mooney was a great help with the processing the loan documents and very personable to deal with. The service department was informative with the new car purchase and went over all the maintenance schedules and products for the vehicle. The dealership was clean and everyone was very professional.

We were looking to replace my Hyundai Accent with another one or an equivelant inexpensive economy car. We stopped there first after finding two cars we were intersted in online that were in our budget. I strongly recommend this dealer we had a lot of laughs and generaly a good time buying the car. Mike did an excellent job getting me enough for my trade in and then sticking to the prices without a lot of time spent on sales for extras. Got somewhat disorganized at times but that was mostly because we seemed to be there at the same time other people were shopping, and wanting attention also. The first thing I would like to say is the sales people are very good and honest, Ashley and Mike are very good at what they do. They went through the entire car with me from front to back and explained all the saftey features and the options in the car. They did there best to put me in the New Sonata SE.
