It was a very good experience. I had called ahead of time but and the person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant. When I arrived at the dealership, it didn't take long before I was greeted and asked if I could be helped. Ashley was very helpful and courteous and answered all questions we had. She was very helpful trying to get the price we wanted. I'm glad she was the person that attended to us. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the salesperson that helped us.

Look at the other reviews for this dealership not on this site. Its clear that they write possative reviews like it was a customer writing them. I live in the town where they are locate, and not many people who have used then think well of them. They are fortunate to be selling cheap well made cars. Their sales team stinks. Lairs, cheats, and unprofessional. As soon as I was introduced to Ashley the "Lead sales person" and saw how unprofessional she appeared, I should hoave excused myself.

We put a deposit on a car and then, after looking on the internet, realized it wasn't a good deal. The salesman never told us about a rebate of $500 that was available on the car. They also made it seem like they gave us a great deal on a trade-in, but it was actually all of the usual negotiating room. Also, the dealership would not allow us to take information about the extended warranties to consider when we had the time to review it. Robin went the extra mile - actually took the Sonata Hybrid off the showroom floor and let us test drive it!!!! I have never seen that done, ever. No pressure, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We will be buying cars here in the near future and have recommended our daughter bring her Hyundai here for servicing.

After the way they treated my elderly mother, Country Hyundai deserves less than one star! Not only did they sell her a VERY overpriced used car which was poorly suited to her needs on a day when she was clearly depressed and confused, but they did not tell her that it had been in a collision. My mother had known right away that she had been overcharged for the car, but she was embarrassed and viewed it as her own mistake for being too trusting, and she didn't want to talk about it for a long time. Ashley was teriffic! She took a great deal of information over the phone so that after the test drive, the paperwork was a breeze. We were extremely pleased with the price we got. My only complaint was that they were so busy (good for business!) that we had to wait to meet Lee for the signing. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

We needed a new used vehicle as our jeep was eaten' the gas so we stopped in to country hundai after researching online. We VERY much enjoyednour experience with Scott, our salesman. We were even advised to stop having so much fun as we laughed so much with him. We would certainly suggest you stop in if you are in the market for a new or used car. What a great experience! I had been to four or five other places and stopped at Country Hyundai on my way home and I wish I had just gone there first. Scott was a wonderful guy, so helpful and nice. He got me into a great SUV that I thought I would never be able to have. Their service is fast and fun!
