Almost perfect The service department people are to[p notch the only reason I gave a four is because I've had to return three times - however each time they fix me and take care of my car so I actually do like this place and the people and will always go there for service
Hyundai Attention to detail was lacking. Asked for price on the car was quoted monthly payments. Spend a little more time getting to know the needs of the customer. Odometer reading was quoted at 27 miles when we actually took the car it was 327. Some things not taken care of before taking delivery of vehicle, like plastic coverings.
My Wonderful Salesperson Shinny is an absolutely wonderful salesperson - pleasant, patient, extremely knowledgeable and helped me out immensely. I would recommend her and the dealership to everyone. Can't say enough good things about her. She makes a very good impression. Also, I was pleasantly surprised when I received "classes" on how to use all the new technology features that this car offers and was also told to come back any time if I needed more help. 2012 Elantra -> 2017 Tucson Very happy with my experience at Country Hyundai! Job Well Done Took my vehicle in for a safety recall ( it passed, so didn't need any work done). Upon walking in the day I was greeted by a friendly worker. Paperwork was processed quickly, took a seat in the comfortable waiting room ( equipped with a tv, coffee, snacks and a arcade machine). Before I knew it, my vehicle was ready. I asked questions about what they did and every question was answered. Very satisfied!
Used VW They had the car we wanted at a fair price. Jason took care of my on line inquiry and scheduled a test drive. We got there and Scott had the car waiting for us to test drive. Very easy experience.

pleased with the service I am happy with my car. It was very clean, the gas tank was full, I was given a good review of everything in the car, and glad that it has a CD player.
Stood by repairs Had a bumper issue, in short had to replace , and also repaint,,,,although they had issues in matching paint color and had to bring back more than once. But they made sure they would fix and did so,,,but not only did they make good on there promise but also above and beyond as they fixed addition damage not related to the bumper and covered all.
