poor customer service from credit dept. On July 6th I turned in a 2015 lease & leased a 2017 Elantra @ that time I was told necessary to pay 1st payment of $250, which I did. At that time I asked both the salesperson (Shinny) & credit gentleman who went over contract "will my a/w payment for the 2015 scheduled for 7/23 be withdrawn?" NO, was the ans. Country Hyundai I am always apprehensive when stepping into a dealership and purchasing a new vehicle. Since the initial greet to the delivery of my new vehicle I was comfortable the entire time. My saleswoman Shinny made the experience very easy and was never once pushy or displayed any typical behavior one would expect from a pushy salesperson. She was accommodating, sweet and helped answer all my questions. I will gladly refer anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle to visit Country Hyundai.

new came in and spoke with Melissa about trading in my nissan, drove the elantra and loved it, wanted to drive a couple other cars. Other dealerships were not as friendly and easy to talk to as Melissa. Came back and bought a 2017 Elantra. Thank you for making it such a easy process.
