Oil change (6400 miles) Courteous, professional, on time. Asked Beverly to look at back up camera that keeps going to black. Carlos investigated and while they couldn't find exact problem, ordered parts to follow up and get it repaired.

I went into Country Nissan after hearing some positive reviews - I had not been in the market for a new car but following an accident unexpectedly had to go in the market, I dealt primarily with Jesse Dupray, he was wonderful! My family has wanted to purchase a car from this dealership for a long time and so on June 24th 13 we did. Went to Country Nissan to check on their Prize Mailing, got a $5 gift card and was looking at a 2013 Frontier Pro-4X Crew Cab. Josh sold me my original Pro-4X king cab and asked what I had for milage and if i wanted him to run numbers, I said sure thinking there was absolutely no way i could do it. He came back $10 more a month with a down payment that would equal the cost of a new set of tires and 30K service that would be needed anyway. I live in Springfield which is over 20 miles away from this dealership, but I kept hearing from friends and co-workers that if I were ever in search for a new vehicle to make the trip to Country Nissan in Hadley because of the great customer service and prices. Everyone was great at Country Nissan in Hadley, but Ryley was the best on them all. Very accommodating, knowledgeable, patient and most importantly a sense of humor. He got to know us and understand what we needed for a car, but never pushed us in one direction or the other. I will recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used car start with Country Nissan and ask for Ryley!
