They were great! Everyone was super helpful and really tried their best to work with me and make my car buying experience a positive one. I would DEFINITELY recommend! They helped me choose what car and loan would work best with my budget, and I am very pleased with the outcome!
Absolute best car buying experience ever! Roger made me feel like a person that he actually wanted to help, not just a number to reach. Mark, the finance guy, made what is usually a stressful situation fun and relaxed with his good natured humor and willingness to explain things. I brought my 2005 Pathfinder for service here multiple times for a variety of reasons. They fixed my car in a reasonable amount of time, and in addition they were the most accommodating service department I have ever dealt with. If you need a rental car for the day, they just give it to you! On one occasion I had a meeting in New Jersey and they let me take one of their rental cars all the way to Jersey and back!!! Katie is quite an asset to the team at Country Nissan. She worked hard helping me find the right vehicle and then helping me seal the deal with John. I have had several less than positive experiences working with car salesmen. This is the first dealership i've been to that had a female salesperson. The Service department at this dealership is second to none and far exceeded my expectations! The service manager, Rick White, and the entire service department went above and beyond for me today. I had the misfortune of losing the driver side windshield wiper pivot and link. I live in Vermont, and tried locally to have a repair done prior to my phone call to Country Nissan in Hadley, Ma. This was my 3rd Maxima purchase since 2004. The buying experience with this dealership has been nothing short of fantastic. I do my homework before I go to buy and these people are always on the same page. I would not go anywhere else!! And last week, I was involved in a driver's door broadside accident in which I fractured 2 ribs. This car, with it's side airbags, saved my life!! I am about to buy another one. Thank You Nissan Maxima for saving my life.
