The staff are very pleasant, cordial & courteous. This is the third late model used vehicle from 3 different dealerships I have purchased in just over 2 years and the time it took for this transaction was PAINFUL & excruciating. For the initial test drive/purchase agreement I had anticipated a couple hours. We arrived around 10:30 & left after 4:30!!
