I contacted Carla and told her I had gotten pushed into a vehicle that I didn't love from another dealership and said that as a woman it is intimidating buying a vehicle and I wanted her to give me someone that was easy to work with but not pushy and honest. She went above and beyond and gave me Jason and it was the easiest car buying experience ever. Easy to get an appointment & change if necessary. Listened carefully to my concerns & attended to all. Fixed in a timely manner. In fact, the part had to be ordered Friday afternoon but the car was ready early Saturday morning.
