I like the level of service. I don't like that every time I get my car serviced, they try to upsell me with additional services. I don't think that I have ever had an estimate without recommendations of at least $1000.

I enjoyed the comfortable lobby with snacks. I expressed my opinions regarding not placing notice on the window shield with a service reminder for the next oil change as well as another issue not related to service.

Liked the service team attitude. Selecting which services Iwanted from the recommended list did not transfer correctly online. At heck out found 4 selected services not done. Resultwas leaving the vehicle overnight to pick up next day.

Car wash was not up to standard. There was streak on the inside of console and Driver door. There a piece of fabric sticking up from the back left passenger trim. Above the tire.
