The master technician seems to have done a thorough job troubleshooting my issue. I was sent a video explaining his efforts, which was helpful, although this one courtesy didn't, in my opinion, fulfill the obligation the service department had in addressing my concerns. There was no communication on the status of my car until I reached out. By this time, they had had my car for 4 days. I was told I would receive a return phone call. It's part of my warranty. I go back for oil changes, tire rotation, in general inspection of the vehicle. They don't try to oversell me, and they provide a great car wash and detailing.

Service advisor Coby was awesome. He made sure to keep me in the loop and did everything he could to ensure I got my vehicle back as soon as possible. When it was ready he made sure to check everything he could to help make sure I didn't have to pay more than was needed. Definitely a great experience!
