Great service! Great customer service! Gave me video assessments on my vehicle which were emailed to me. Great explanations by the mechanic (didn't get his name though, but he was knowledgeable)! Samantha was awesome as always, very nice and respectful!

I didn't have service done for the RAV 4 @ Grubbs Infiniti. I had service done on June 24 at Reds McCombs Toyota for a coolant issue with the car when I purchased it from Grubbs Infiniti.

Top notched. Always get great service and recommendations on my car needs. In and out pretty quick. Friendly staff, good waiting area, provides water and snacks while you wait. Cleans car after service is a plus, free no charge. If you want your car to get great service, use Grubbs Infiniti. They sale Infiniti, why not get your Infiniti serviced by the makers.
