Easy to set up all work done well. When I came to collect the car it hadnt been cleaned the usher took it immediately to be thoroughly cleaned and was returned better than expected.

I had many auto services performed at the recommendation of Grubbs service department. I also complained to them to marking some things as critical (like brake replacement) when it turns out its something to keep in mind for the next visit as they are in good condition and not a critical need - braking well, no squeaking, no grinding. I deeply resent them reporting poor info to CarFax as my cars value continues to take a dive because of it and it looks like Im $5000 upside down on my car loan. We always do a complete inspection and Maintenance history is only reported as services performed not delcined services to carfax. We follow the manufacturer recomendation for all services and recommend them based on time, mileage and/or measurement. A poor service history will affect the value of any car and has always been case.
Always helpful and good communication! I only use Infiniti if San Antonio for my service.
