The staff were great, they always are. However, I have taken my car in twice and asked for the lighter adapter connection to be looked at and fixed and it still isn't fixed. I need to make a 3rd appointment for this. I do not have time in my life to keep scheduling for something so simple. BIG Inconvenience!
