Always the best service at Infiniti.
Each time I go to Infiniti for any type of service I love the personality and smiles. During set up of appointment I am asked if I need a loaner auto. Which I dont. Once there Im always offered to have a drink on the waiting area or go to get dropped off anywhere until my car is serviced. Thank you!!
Kim Stewart and her team are amazing. So helpful, friendly, and informative.
Always a 5 star, however, this last visit was a little off. Everyone was nice & courteous but when I first drove up, they couldnt find my scheduled appointment. Also, I never got anyone to come to waiting room to introduce themselves & let us know that car is being worked on, etc. (like always). When I waited a while, I decided to see if car was being worked on & again they couldnt find my scheduled appt. Finally they did but it was a little more work for me vs usual visit.

I didnt have my usual person Michelle so it was ok Tanner didnt stay on top of my rental at the beginning one of the managers helped out
It was good - didn't have to wait to long got a loaner carand they let me know when my car was ready
Very very responsive. But did not like the 2500 add on fee. Did not purchase from them, but they were professional in all regards.
